FAQ
The criterial for Mocktail Quest certification are as follows:
- Restaurants, bars and other food and drink locations are required to offer least three (3) thoughtfully selected or crafted alcohol-free beverages on your menu. Options must be displayed on in-house and online menus. (Does not include tea, coffee, soft drinks or juices)
- Event and travel providers much offer events and trips that are billed as alcohol-free and cater to the AF community. Your website and. marketing materials must make it clear that you provide services for the alcohol-free community.
- All recovery and sobriety support organizations are eligible for Mocktail Quest Certification. Non-profit organizations, please inquire here about 501c3 pricing.
- All alcohol-free beverage brands are eligible for Mocktail Quest certification.
Mocktail Quest is building a comprehensive list of places that serve the alcohol-free community. (If you’re not listed we hope you will add your business here) Non-certified business can display their basic information and can be viewed and rated by users but will not receive the benefits listed above. Mocktail Certification entitles you to additional benefits, visibility, and marketing opportunities.
Events by MQ Certified members will also be certified (at this time you have to email us at info@aftermagazine.com to let us know you’ve added an event). For MQ Certified our event will also be listed on your business page.

If, after review, we are not able to offer Mocktail Quest certification, we will reach out to you to discuss either adding alcohol-free options or issuing a refund (with the hope of adding your business in the future). All organizations that are not certified will receive a refund.
